Housing and Homelessness

  • Invest more in affordable housing units and economic opportunity in our neighborhoods

  • Increase homeownership by expanding opportunities for first-time buyers and allow public funds currently subsidizing rental housing to be put forward

  • Improve outreach to the homeless to get them off our streets and out of our parks and into the services they need

Infrastructure

  • Deliver long overdue basic infrastructure like streetlights, sidewalks, stop signs, and safe streets

  • Increased green space and parks, well maintained public spaces and facilities for our families to enjoy

  • Decrease traffic and increase public transit options
